Artificial intelligence and deep learning are the new frontier of our digital world and are gaining ground in nearly all areas. Historically, their adoption has been slower in industrial machine vision due to complexities of the implementation. Therefore, deep learning deployments have largely been considered edge use cases where traditional machine vision algorithms have failed to solve the problem.
