With a strong entrepreneurial DNA and a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership, she has been instrumental in scaling Eigen from a startup to a leading player in machine vision.
Under her leadership, Eigen partners with some of the world’s largest enterprises to accelerate digital transformation, streamline processes, and reduce operational costs. Jacob Wilson
Senior Director of Solutions Engineering
Jacob joined Eigen Innovations in 2016 while completing his PhD in automation and controls at the University of New Brunswick. He began his journey in solution design and development, where he played a key role in advancing Eigen’s AI vision technology. During this time, he contributed to the development of multiple patented capturing techniques, helping to shape the foundation of Eigen’s innovative approach to industrial automation.

Chief Operating Officer
James joined Eigen in 2020 after spending 10+ years working in various locations across North America in the automotive industry. He oversees daily operations, ensuring R&D, Product Development, Engineering, and Customer Support work efficiently while collaborating with Sales & Marketing to drive growth. James partners with team leads to streamline product development and accelerate adoption of scalable thermal inspection solutions.
Joshua Pickard
Senior Director Product & Innovation
Josh, a Ph.D. in uncertainty analysis of mechanical systems, leads innovation in scalable, machine-vision-powered inspection solutions. He develops advanced image enhancement and rendering techniques, transforming data into standardized, actionable insights. As head of R&D and Product, he drives software innovation, collaborates with Customer Solutions, and fosters research partnerships in AI, robotics, and manufacturing.
Catlin O'Donnell
Director of Software Engineering
Catlin joined Eigen Innovations in June 2017 as a backend software developer and has since worked on a broad range of software applications and cloud infrastructure. Over the years, he has taken on increasing responsibilities, first as a Platform Architect and now as the Director of Software Engineering for the product engineering team.
Catlin is passionate about working at the intersection of technical challenges and customer empowerment, ensuring that the tools Eigen builds enable users to solve their own problems effectively.
